 In the Spotlight:  Healthy Eating

Our spotlight this month is surrounded around healthy eating. Healthy eating means something different to all of us but for most includes a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, low-fat/fat-free dairy products, and some healthy oils and fats. The holiday's are behind us and it's time to make those New Year's resolutions. This year, why not aim to eat a little healthier?
